7:00pm  ****FREE GROUP TRAINING W/ LIZ**** 'Learn Something New' (Does not matter what type of membership you have, & all levels are welcome)

5:30 - Boot Camp Intervals                

Thursday                                        

9:15am Pilates                                              
5:45pm ZUMBA

 7:00 New Beginner Belly Dance $15 drop in, 5 Class Card $60

8:45am - Body Sculpt
